The present invention relates to a raw water charging circulation-type hydroponic culture system for cultivating roses. The system comprises: a raw water tank (10); a raw water charging tank (60) connected with the raw water tank (10); a fertilizer concentrated solution tank (20); and a culture solution device (30) which is connected with the raw water tank (10) and the fertilizer concentrated solution tank (20). Raw water supplied by the raw water tank (10) is collected in the raw water charging tank (60) and is then is supplied to the culture solution device (30). A fertilizer concentration solution in the fertilizer concentrated solution tank (20) is supplied to the culture solution device (30) wherein the raw water and a nutrient solution are mixed to be a culture solution. The culture solution is supplied to plants on a crop tray. Liquid, discharged from the crop tray, is collected in a discharged liquid collection container (50), is circulated to the raw water charging tank (60) by a discharged liquid level adjusting sensor (52), and then is re-supplied to crops. The system is conveniently used, can reduce use of raw water and the fertilizer concentrated solution, and thus is economically efficient.
