The present invention relates to a low-temperature liquid cargo tank, a floating structure equipped with the same and a method for cooling and warming up the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a low-temperature liquid cargo tank which is warmed up and cooled down through direct heat exchange in the course of displacing air in a liquefied gas storage tank to shorten time required for warming up, cooling and consequently bunkering and to improve economic efficiency, a floating structure equipped with the same and a method for cooling and warming up the same. According to the present invention, the low-temperature liquid cargo tank comprises a wall forming the storage tank and a heating and cooling unit installed on the wall. The heating and cooling unit cools down and warms up the inside of the storage tank.
