In the present invention, provided is a method for mass-producing polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris, comprising the steps of (a) inoculating Cordyceps militaris in a mushroom complete medium (MCM) whose pH is controlled between 5.5 and 6.5; (b) culturing the same between 22.5 and 27.5 degree Celsius; and (c) collecting polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris mycelium or culture medium after the culturing step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
