Disclosed are a photo-plethysmography measuring device and a photo-plethysmography measuring method using the same. The photo-plethysmography measuring device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a probe, a light emitting unit, and a light receiving unit. The light emitting unit is located on one end of the probe and emits light on a measurement part.
