The present invention relates to a platform which comprises: a support structure wherein a shear key is mounted; a sleeve covering the support structure; and a jacket coupled to the sleeve to support the support structure. The shear key mounted in the support structure is fixated on an outer surface to a longitudinal direction of the support structure. Therefore, an effect to increase a conventional contact area is intactly maintained and a contact area of the support structure and the sea bed is increased in a sea bed lower section to reduce a penetration depth of the support structure, thereby reducing a cost in accordance with reduction of installation time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
