The present invention relates to a novel salt, or tenofovir disoproxil coumalate, a preparation method thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient for treating hepatitis B or acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), wherein the tenofovir disoproxil coumalate has excellent solubility and thermal stability and also is highly filterable to be capable of being mass-produced and can be obtained with uniform quality and high purity when prepared, thereby being able to be administered more safely for a long term to a patient with hepatitis B or AIDS.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
