The present invention discloses a system to correct a posture, which includes a user information input part receiving information about the weight and height of a user; a plurality of pressure sensors installed on a chair or sitting mat, and measuring the pressure of a sitting part of the user; a pressure distribution chart generating part generating a pressure distribution chart displaying the pressure of the sitting part by color based on a result, measured by the pressure sensors; a standard pressure distribution database storing a standard pressure distribution chart for a normal sitting state by weight and height of user; a comparison analyzing part comparing the standard pressure distribution chart corresponding to the information about the weight and height of the user, inputted into the user information input part loaded from the standard pressure distribution database, to the user pressure distribution chart, generated by the pressure distribution chart generating part; and a display part visually displaying a comparative analysis result of the comparison analyzing part.
