The present invention relates to a system for reducing steam and hydrogen explosion at a loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA). A system for reducing steam and hydrogen explosion at a LOCA according to the present invention includes a first molten metal wall which surrounds the lower part of a reactor, a molten material storage tank which is installed in the lower part of the first molten metal wall, a vapor explosion prevention part which includes a second molten metal wall which has a relatively higher melting temperature compared to the melting temperature of the first molten metal wall installed between the first molten metal wall and the storage tank, and an hydrogen explosion prevention part which includes a low temperature molten partition wall installed between the reactor and the hydrogen storage tank for receiving hydrogen generated in the reactor.
