The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of soybean paste using tomatoes and a manufactured tomato soybean paste by the method wherein the method comprises the steps of: (S1) steaming beans; (S2) cooling the steamed beans, inoculating 0.5-1 wt% of Bacillus subtilis to the steamed beans with respect to weight of beans, fermenting the same between 30 and 45 degrees Celsius for 3 to 5 days and obtaining soybean paste beans; (S3) boiling the tomato in saline water quickly, slicing the same, drying and making the same powders; (S4) adding tomato powders with respect to weight of beans to the fermented soybean paste beans and mixing and crushing the same; and (S5) aging the crushed tomato soybean past for 2 to 3 days between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
