The present invention relates to a method for coating a metal thin film of a nanostructure through supersonic vacuum flow deposition comprising: a step of injecting metallic powder having a diameter of 0.2-100 m with a process gas having a temperature of 20-400C and pressure of 2-10 bar to a deposition chamber; and a step of forming a metal coating layer by depositing the injected metallic powder on at least one kind of adherend surface selected from the group consisting of a metal steel sheet, ceramic, and plastic. The present invention has effects of improving mechanical properties, forming a coating layer which is a more compact thin-film as deposited metallic particles form a crystal grain of a nanostructure.
