In the present invention, provided is an apparatus for supplying moisture to powder formed food, which is allowed to supply moisture to powder formed food before injecting powder formed food like red pepper powders or whole red pepper made by crushing dried red pepper into a sterilizing apparatus, thereby preventing the food in a sterilization process at high temperatures from sticking to a transferring path or preventing moisture of the food from being completely vaporized, including a water vapor generating part (11); a hot blast supplying part (12); a water vapor mixing part (13); a food mixing part (14); a control part (15) for controlling a heating condition of the water vapor generating part (11) and the hot blast supplying part (12) or controlling the water vapor generating part (11), the hot blast supplying part (12) and the water vapor mixing part (13); and a power source supplying part (16) for supplying an operating power source to the electrical circuit and the electrical apparatus of each part.
