The present invention relates to a USB communication system, a command input device, and a USB communication method wherein a program can be run by connecting a variety of devices to an information terminal, the invention comprising: a first USB device for driving a first application through a USB port of an informational terminal and outputting an input signal; a second USB device for driving a second application through the USB port of the information terminal and for communicating with the information terminal according to a protocol which is pre-registered to the information terminal; an internal communication line for interconnecting the first USB device and the second USB device; and a control unit for transmitting an input signal outputted from the first USB device to the information device so that the first USB device can communicate indirectly with the information device by using the second USB device, and for transmitting a registered protocol signal, which is converted by the first application, to the second USB device through the internal communication line.
