The present invention relates to a separation membrane having an excellent contamination resistance against positively-charged contaminants and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the invention relates to a separation membrane having an excellent contamination resistance against positively charged contaminants, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a contamination resistance against positively-charged materials is excellent, a chemical resistance against an acid solution or an alkaline solution is excellent in the process of washing a separation membrane, thereby preventing a degradation of physical properties and accordingly, a remarkably excellent durability is shown.
