The present invention relates to a semantic frame operating method which may include the steps of: collecting verbs which will be used as meaning frame seeds; configuring synonym sets with the collected verbs; collecting at least one example from text big data with respect to the verbs included in the synonym sets; extracting meaning frame candidates by attaching meanings to the collected examples; verifying errors in the collected examples; and storing the error-verified meaning frame candidates as an extended meaning frame with respect to the verbs.
