The present invention relates to a method for composing a U-healthcare frame work based on CBD. The method includes the steps of: (S10) logically expressing existing primitive codes to generate a component software by object-component methodology (OCM); (S20) searching and extracting a class in the primitive codes which are logically expressed; (S30) executing synthesis by understanding information; and (S100) generating a new class. Based on the composition, mutually exclusive characteristics in the component-based U-healthcare framework are eliminated; and the prior object-oriented composition method can be changed into a component-oriented composition method.
