The present invention relates to an intelligent care system for a developmental disorder and a method thereof. The intelligent care system obtains behavior image information of a care subject, judges the obtained behavior image information, and executes behavior improvement content if the determined behavior image information is a problem behavior. In determination, the obtained behavior image information includes a preset problem behavior pattern and the system determines the behavior as the problem behavior if this image lasts longer than a preset threshold time.
