The present invention relates to a VR-based training system. Provided is a technical idea including: a VR unit for displaying virtual space information; a hand detecting unit for detecting a user's hand shape; a mounting unit provided to enable angle adjustment in a direction in which the hand detecting unit detects the user's hand shape; and a training unit which receives a hand shape, overlaps the received hand shape on the virtual space information, suggests a task to the user through the VR unit, and then assesses the degree of training of the user according to information relating to a motion of the hand shape.
