The present invention relates to a cosmetic for the elderly, patients with senile skin disease, individuals with sensitive skin and the general public and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a cosmetic using a natural raw material extract and a silver cosmetic applied to the same, which is capable of effectively extracting a natural raw material extract form a plant raw material, and reducing side effects of a cosmetic containing a chemical and synthetic raw material through the cosmetic manufactured using the same, thereby maximizing efficiency and effects of the produced cosmetic. According to the present invention, provided are a silver-cosmetic and a manufacturing method of the silver-cosmetic, manufactured by effectively obtaining a material for manufacturing a cosmetic from a plant natural raw material and maximizing efficiency and effects using the same. Provided are a silver-cosmetic and a manufacturing method of the silver-cosmetic, with the side effects minimized for all of the elderly, patients with senile skin disease, individuals with sensitive skin and the general public.
