The present invention is to disclose a high capacity and large output lithium ion battery cap assembly. The high capacity and large output lithium ion battery cap assembly according to the present invention comprises: a cap plate of a plate shape wherein a bent hole, a membrane hole, and an electrode hole are perforated; a first current collector which is a first electrode to be attached to the cap plate; a second current collector which is a second electrode to be attached to the cap plate; and first and second electrode terminals to be electrically extended from the first and second electrodes, respectively. Therefore, an explosion accident can be prevented in advance by effectively inducing the leakage of internal gas if an abnormal pressure is generated in a lithium ion battery. Moreover, manufacturing efficiency can be improved by reducing transport weights with a continuous process in which components of the cap assembly are moved and reducing tact time.
