Disclosed is a self fault recovery circuit which outputs a plurality of state values and recovers a 1-bit error. The circuit is a self fault recovery circuit configured to sequentially output N number of fixed values and includes an assembling circuit, if receiving a k^th fixed value output from the self fault recovery circuit among the N number of fixed values, outputting a (k+1)^th fixed value; and a circuit structure change determining circuit selecting an internal circuit of the self fault recovery circuit to make the self fault recovery circuit output the (k+1)^th fixed value when receiving the (k+1)^th fixed value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
