An address-type repeater and an address-type fire transmitter based on location confirmation included in automatic fire detecting equipment are disclosed. The address-type repeater which is an address-type repeater included in automatic fire detecting equipment, comprises: an input unit which is connected to an address-type detector or an address-type fire transmitter included in the automatic fire detecting equipment, and receives a fire signal and an address signal from the address-type detector or the address-type fire transmitter; a communication unit which transmits the fire signal to an address-type receiver included in the automatic fire detecting equipment; an address setting unit which sets an address of the address-type repeater; an address display unit which displays the address set by the address setting unit on a screen; and an operation equipment address display unit which displays an address of each address-type detector or the address-type fire transmitter received by the input unit, on a screen. The address-type fire transmitter can transmit a fire signal and an address signal to an address-type repeater or an address-type receiver, and it is possible to significantly reduce construction costs according to an increase in the number of lines in changing from the existing 4-line manner to a 3-line manner or 2-line manner.
