Disclosed is an analysis of functional changes of a left ventricle to be capable of quantitatively analyzing the wall thickness of a left ventricle and wall movement change of the left ventricle in a serial four-dimensional echocardiography using a landmark matching method. To this end, a method for analyzing functional changes of the left ventricle comprises the steps of: obtaining a first image and a second image, by photographing a four-dimensional ultrasonic image of a heart; extracting at least one characteristic point corresponding to each other, as a standard point, in each of the first image and the second image; and performing a landmark matching of the first image and the second image, based on a standard point of the first image and a standard point of the second image.
