A smart detector base device according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a plurality of conventional detector slots which has a standardized shape to insert a conventional detector, and can fix the inserted conventional detector mechanically; an internal signal line wiring which provides electrical connection connecting conventional detectors inserted into each conventional detector slot in parallel, and is terminated by an internal termination resistor, and provides a detection voltage to the conventional detectors from a power supply module, and is laid in a housing, in order to deliver variation of a voltage level between both end contacts of the inserted conventional detector to a sensing part; a power supply part which supplies the detection voltage to the conventional detectors through the internal signal line wiring, and supplies an operation electricity to the sensing part and an input/output part; the sensing part which senses the voltage level of the internal signal line wiring, and judges a fire breakout according to a judgment criterion, and generates a sensing signal according to the judgment result and then delivers the sensing signal to the input/output part; and the input/output part which outputs an output signal generated from the sensing signal to a fire alarm receiver through an external signal line wiring.
