A solid thin film solar cell using a perovskite sensitizer include a transparent electrode which is transparent and has a conductivity, a blocking layer to which the sensitizer with a perovskite structure is attached and is made of thin film metal oxide with a preset thickness, a hole transport layer which is formed on the blocking layer and is made of P-type metal oxide, a metal electrode which is formed on the hole transport layer and is made of conductive materials, and an inorganic metal oxide layer which is formed on the metal electrode and is made of inorganic metal oxide suppressing the permeation of oxygen and water.
