The present invention relates to a method for specifically detecting a β-lactam antibiotic resistant strain by amplifying target genes using various primers and probes, and to a kit using the same. The method of the present invention can detect a β-lactam antibiotic resistant strain with high efficiency through a multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using a β-lactamase target gene (specifically, an ESBL gene, an AmpC β-lactamase gene, or a carbapebenase gene) -specific pair of primers and a probe. In addition, the kit of the present invention can simply and effectively detect target genes inside a sample through a multiplex real-time PCR. Accordingly, the method and the kit of the present invention can selectively and easily detect β-lactam antibiotic resistant strains whether to be infected inside a sample, and can be more accurately applied to treatment of diseases on the basis of the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
