A customer managing system comprises: a smart business card box (10) which has an inlet, includes a scanner (11) for scanning a business card input through the inlet, and includes a communication unit (13) transmitting an image scanned through the scanner (11), and a display unit (17) for participating in an event and displaying a member registration procedure for the event on the basis of personal information of the business card scanned through the scanner (11); a server (20) which extracts and stores information of a business card owner from the image transmitted through the communication unit (13), determines whether the business card owner wins the event, and transmits the event win result to the business card owner; and a terminal which receives the event win result from the server (20).
