FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER AND PHASE SYNCHRONIZING CONTROL DEVICE BASED ON INITIAL PHASE OFFSETTING

Disclosed are a frequency synthesizer and a phase synchronizing control device for the same. The frequency synthesizer, which includes a voltage control oscillator, a phase frequency detector, a charge pump, a loop filter, and a divider, includes an initial phase setting device which calculates an optical initial phase offset by using a difference value between a target frequency and a start frequency, which is a digitized output frequency feed-backed by the voltage control oscillator; and outputs a control signal for synchronizing the phase of the phase frequency detector in a closed-loop state by using the optimal initial phase offset.
