The present invention relates to microorganism for decomposing and removing food waste, a composition comprising the same for decomposing and removing, and a method for removing food waste using the same and, specifically, to microorganism for decomposing and removing food waste, which is a Bacillus subtilis DYG-B11 strain (KFCC 11085BP) with excellent activities of decomposing food waste, and having enzyme activities of amylase, cellulase, protease, and lipase. The microorganism for decomposing and removing food waste, the composition comprising the same for decomposing and removing, and the method for removing food waste using the same of the present invention can minimize an offensive odor by performing complete decomposition of food waste by microorganism.
