The present invention relates to nano-emulsion coating composite powder having a skin whitening and wrinkle preventing effect, and more specifically, to composite powder using ethyl ascorbyl ether, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate as a vitamin C derivative or a functional material such as manuka oil. The present invention comprises the following steps of: preparing the nano-emulsion containing the vitamin C derivative or manuka oil; checking phase stability of the nano-emulsion obtained from the step of preparing the nano-emulsion; coating inorganic powder with the nano-emulsion containing the functional material; quantifying content of the vitamin C derivative in the vitamin C derivative coating composite powder, and content of an organic material in the manuka oil coating composite powder; analyzing a particle size of functional nano-emulsion coating powder; confirming the skin whitening and the wrinkle preventing effect by performing an animal experiment. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition such as vitamin C derivative or manuka oil having skin whitening and wrinkle preventing effect, and the coated organic material in the present invention is maintained by having enhanced phase stability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
