The present invention relates to a system for providing a service to predict the indoor air quality in a large building, comprising: an indoor air quality detecting unit which includes multiple sensors installed in an indoor space of a large building and acquiring information related to indoor air quality in the large building; a machine-to-machine communication unit which collects the information acquired from the sensors through machine-to-machine communication; an indoor air quality modeling unit which performs modeling of an indoor air pollution state in real time and predicts pollution of indoor air quality on the basis of the information received from the machine-to-machine communication unit; and an indoor air quality managing unit which manages and controls indoor air quality of the large building on the basis of the pollution prediction result. There is an effect of being used in various aspects for indoor air quality, such as an indoor air quality management method using real-time data of indoor air quality, assessment and application method of a technique of effectively removing pollutants flowing or generated indoors and outdoors, natural ventilation and machinery ventilation system plans, and an application method.
