MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY SPECIFIC TO INFLUENZA A VIRUS, METHOD FOR TREATING AND DIAGNOSING INFLUENZA INFECTION

The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specific to influenza A virus and a method for treating and diagnosing influenza infection using the same and, more particularly to a monoclonal antibody specific to hemagglutinin (HA) of the influenza A virus and a method for treating and diagnosing the influenza A virus infection using the same. The monoclonal antibody specific to the HA of the influenza A virus has high affinity with respect to the HA antigen, and therefore can be used as a composition for treating and diagnosing the influenza A virus. In addition, since the amount of antibodies used for ELISA for quantifying or detecting the HA antigen is small, the cost of the present invention is lower than SRID so that the monoclonal antibody can be used as influenza HA antigen quantifying enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for replacing or paralleling the SRID.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
