Disclosed are an installation method of a suction base structure using a steel guide frame and a suction base structure used for the same. The installation method of the suction base structure using the steel guide frame according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of installing a guide frame unit which is formed to transform the bottom in response to an inclined shape of the sea floor in the suction base structure penetrated into the sea floor with a suction method; and a step of moving the suction base structure while hanging the suction base structure on a cable and supporting the suction base structure on the sea floor. The bottom of the guide frame unit is transformed into an inclined shape to correspond to the inclined ground shape when placed on the inclined sea floor.
