The present invention relates to an advertising agency system and a method therefor, more specifically, comprising: a manufacturer terminal of a manufacturer which secures product information including images and features of a product and transmits the secured product information to an advertising agency at the time of accessing the internet; and an internet server of a portal company which is provided with a search engine and providing a service of keyword advertising, wherein an advertising relay server is positioned between the internet server of the portal company and the manufacturer terminal of the manufacturer, the advertising relay server receives an input source transmitted through the manufacturer terminal and generates an advertisement cartoon including a character and a product image, and is assigned to a designated path, and the advertisement cartoon assigned to the designated path is displayed on a web page, a pop-up window, and a screen window when a keyword advertising service is performed through an internet server of a specific portal company, thereby further effectively promoting product purchase while causing the interest of customers at the time of keyword searching, to maximize the advertisement effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
