The present invention relates to an azaindole derivative compound represented by chemical formula 1, a c-kit D816V mutant comprising the same as an active ingredient and c-kit wild type (WT) inhibitor composition. A composition according to the present invention can efficiently inhibit expression of a c-kit D816V mutant as well as a c-kit WT and thus can be used for treating a c-kit D816V mutant and a c-kit WT-related diseases, especially, cancer.
