The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vitamin tree sweet rice drink, and a vitamin tree sweet rice drink manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a vitamin tree sweet rice drink is capable of manufacturing the sweet rice drink which possesses nutrient components of a vitamin tree intact and has greatly enhanced storage properties. The sweet rice drink of the present invention: has improved functionality by adding a vitamin tree extract containing a number of vitamins, essential amino acids, and unsaturated fatty acids; and provides unique soft and smooth taste and color of the vitamin tree in the sensual aspect, and thus can be developed as a sweet rice drink of a new type.
