The present invention relates to a method for forming a ZnS-ZnO composite using a heat treatment, and a ZnS-ZnO composite using a heat treatment produced thereby. The method for forming a ZnS-ZnO composite using a heat treatment in accordance with the present invention comprises the following steps: synthesizing ZnS by an ionic reaction; synthesizing ZnO by oxidizing a part of the ZnS through a heat treatment; and adjusting the ratio of the ZnS to the ZnO in synthesis of the composite through oxygen partial pressure. According to the present invention, it is possible to minutely adjust a relative ratio of the ZnS to the ZnO which is formed by fixing the temperature for the heat treatment and adjusting the oxygen partial pressure, oxygen content in an atmosphere for the heat treatment, in a process of synthesizing the ZnS-ZnO composite by the heat treatment after the ZnS is priorly synthesized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
