The present invention relates to a method for biotransforming organosulfur compounds of garlic, which comprises the following steps: (a) inoculating yeast in suspension of garlic pulverized material or in garlic extract; and (b) culturing a yeast inoculated product from Step (a), biotransforming organosulfur compounds of garlic, and enriching one or more organosulfur compounds selected from the group consisting of SAC[(+)-S-allyl-1-cystein)], SPC(S-trans-1-propenyl-L-cysteine), and SMC(S-methyl-cysteine). According to the present invention, organosulfur compounds that are effective in garlic can be biotransformed, so effects of organosulfur compounds can be improved.
