The present invention relates to an atopic dermatitis treatment method and a treatment apparatus therefor and, more particularly, to a method for treating atopic dermatitis by mixing a water treatment with light treatment and an apparatus for treating mixed atopic dermatitis. According to the present invention, the device can effectively inhibit level of IgE, No and histamine without cytotoxicity by mixing the water treatment with LED light therapy of low light having a particular wavelength and thus can be useful in treating atopic dermatitis. In addition, the device can more safely treat atopic dermatitis due to reducing adverse reactions of a conventional UV treatment by using the LED light.
