The present invention relates to a method for producing a duck feet soup and a chicken feet bone soup produced thereby. The method comprises the steps of: (Step 1) producing a seasoning by mixing a first seasoning and a second seasoning; (Step 2) producing a soup broth by feeding and heating duck, chicken feet, the seasoning, and water in a heating container; (Step 3) removing bones from the heated duck and chicken feet; and (Step 4) producing a duck and chicken feet soup by grinding the soup broth, the duck having bones removed therefrom, and the chicken feet having bones removed therefrom, in a mixer. Special seasoning and parched rice powder are used, so bad smells are removed from the chicken feet. The duck and chicken feet are brewed, so nutritious components can be eluted in the soup broth. The duck and chicken feet are ground by a mixer and are included in the soup broth, so the old or patients can easily consume the same. Moreover, the duck feet soup is provided as a retort food, so modern busy people can conveniently consume the same outdoors or at home.
