The present invention relates to a treatment method for reducing organic concentrated sludge using a microorganism medicine including mixed strains of BM-S-1A. To achieve this, the present invention is to provide a method for treating biological altitude liquefaction of organic concentrated sludge using a microorganism medicine including mixed strains of BM-S-1A. The method comprises: a complex microorganism solution manufacturing step of manufacturing a complex microorganism solution by keeping, at 20 to 25C, a mixed microorganism solution in which 0.5 to 1.0 parts by weight of mixed strains of BM-S-1A having deposit number of KCTC 12387BP, 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of syrup, and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of trehalose, with respect to 100 parts by weight of water, are mixed; an active microorganism medicine complete step of completing liquid active microorganism medicine by activating and increasing the number of microorganisms included in the complex microorganism solution up to 1.74 x 109 or higher; and an injection step of injecting the completed active microorganism medicine into organic concentrated sludge.
