The present invention relates to a waterproof cloth for suppressing a fire and a fire engine having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a telescopic automatic fire point tracking waterproof cloth comprises: a waterproof cloth main body for spraying fire extinguishing water; a main driving device combined with the waterproof cloth main body for rotating the waterproof cloth main body in all directions; a thermal image camera for taking a thermal image in the same direction as the direction of moving the waterproof cloth main body; and a fire point tracking control part for identifying the fire point based on the thermal image taken in the thermal image camera, and for controlling the main driving device to allow the waterproof cloth main body to move toward the fire point. Therefore, the present invention has effects of suppressing a fire by automatically tracking a fire point without operation of an operator, and suppressing fires at the same time even if multiple fire points exist.
