The present invention relates to an AFLP primer set for identifying Ligularia stenocephala, and a method for identifying Ligularia stenocephala using the same. Provided is an AFLP primer set for identifying the Ligularia Stenocephala including two or more types of primers consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 4. In addition, the method of the present invention comprises: a first step of manufacturing DNA ligated from a plant group; a second step of manufacturing an amplified fragment by performing PCR amplification with two or more primers selected from SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 4; and a third step of confirming a zone part of a base sequence having SEQ ID NO: 5 from the amplified fragment. When the primer of the present invention is used, it is possible to find a specific DNA marker of Ligularia stenocephala by using an AFLP DNA analysis technology. In addition, Ligularia stenocephala can be rapidly identified by using the primer according to the present invention, thereby being used as basic data for tracking genealogy in a crossing parent or a crossing set, a genetic resource of a Ligularia stenocephala plant, and the like in breeding research using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
