The present invention relates to a method for producing hydrogen more efficiently by supplying carbon sources intermittently to an anaerobic tank in a wastewater treatment apparatus to inhibit production of methane. If using the method of the present invention, it is possible to produce hydrogen while inhibiting production of methane in the anaerobic tank, thereby being widely useful for effectively producing hydrogen.
