The present invention relates to a waterstop composition for a concrete structure, wherein the waterstop composition consists of an inorganic admixture composition and a reaction-promoting composition. When the inorganic admixture composition is injected in cracks of a concrete structure as a water-soluble salt solution consisting of nitrates, hydrochlorides, and sulfates of metal elements such as magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), barium (Ba), aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti), and zirconium (Zr) which are similar to the chemical compositional elements of the concrete structure, the same makes a chemical bond with the chemical compositional elements of the concrete structure. Also, through a chemical reaction with the reaction-promoting composition, the concrete structure is chemically integrated with the waterstop composition. By means of the present invention, in contrast to an existing method (polyurethaneprepolymer), the same is permeated into concrete cracks as a water-soluble liquid-type inorganic waterstop material which is similar to the chemical compositional components of the concrete structure, so that the cracks can be sealed and adhered in a short time and the same makes a chemical bond with the concrete structure after injection. Accordingly, the mechanical strength and watertightness of the concrete structure can be recovered.
