Concrete structures are cracked due to various behavioralrnenvironments effects (drying shrinkage, temperature difference,rnetc.) and repairing materials are used to repair these cracks byrnthe method of injection.rnISO TS 16774, which was established in July 2016 as arnstandard for the quality control of the repair materials, includesrntest methods for repair materials for the water-leakage cracks inrnconcrete structures. Part 3 of this specification, Test Method forrnWashout Resistance, analyzes the resistance performance ofrnleakage repair material against abrasion from groundwater flow.rnThis specification reflects the field conditions where variousrnmechanisms of leakage repair material should be applied afterrnfilling a certain amount of repair material in a plastic plate. Therntesting is conventionally done by covering the specimen withrnnonwoven fabric.rnA constant water flow rate of 0.2 m/s (derived from annexrnsection of the test specification, KS F 4935) is applied to thernwaterproofing material, and the difference of the washout massrndue to erosion is recorded. It is considered appropriate to verifyrnthe resistance performance of the repairing material whichrnshould be applied to the cracked region directly in the actual siternand to exhibit the flow rate of the flow rate, rather thanrnindirectly measuring the loss amount using the nonwoven fabric.rnIn this study, we evaluate the flow resistance performancernwithout using nonwoven fabric and compare it with the existingrntest method.
