The present invention relates to an outdoor exercise machine and, more particularly, to an outdoor exercise machine including an exercise unit allowing a user to exercise while being operated by the user. The outdoor exercise machine includes an intensity adjustment device connected to the exercise unit to control an operation load of the exercise unit, wherein the intensity adjustment device includes: a case fixedly installed on a frame constituting the exercise machine and having a fluid therein; a rotating body disposed on a center in the case to be rotated by operation of the exercise unit and having a hollow tube shape, and a rectangular slit extending in a longitudinal direction is defined therein; a handle shaft disposed in the rotating body to be rotated in the rotating body and have one end protruding outward the rotating body and the case to be coupled to the handle, wherein a left-hand type first transfer screw is disposed at one side in an area in the rotating body, and a right-had type second transfer screw is disposed at the other side in the area; and an adjustment unit including a first adjustment member coupled to the first transfer screw to move by rotation of the handle shaft, a second adjustment member coupled to the second transfer screw to move the rotation of the handle shaft, and a load generating member disposed on each of the first and second adjustment members so that the load generating member moves together with the first and second adjustment members, wherein the load generating member protrudes outward the rotating body through the slit defined in the rotating body to generate a load by resisting to the fluid filled in the case while rotating together with the rotating body.
