NODULAR BOX GIRDER, AND NODULAR BOX GIRDER BRIDGE AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to the manufacturing of a girder having a section in the shape of a box and, more specifically, to an assembly type nodular girder, a bridge using the assembling nodular girder, and a construction method of the bridge wherein a girder is manufactured by integrally assembling on site a J-shaped web member and a nodule pre-produced in the shape of a precast concrete member in a factory; and the nodule includes a cantilever part where the cantilever part is in the shape provided with a safety fence including a safety fence column part and a safety fence horizontal member. After manufacturing the girder in the above shape, the assembled and manufactured girder is provide between a pier and an abutment, or between a pier and another pier; a deck in the shape of a half section is sequentially provided thereto; and concrete is then poured to the designated thickness on the deck to form the deck. Therefore, a bridge can readily be manufactured at a speed using the girder having the section in the shape of a deck. In addition, each high quality member can be manufactured with high reliability, and the safety during the time of working can largely be improved using the safety fence.
