The present invention relates to a PCR and, more specifically, to a sample treatment chip for performing a PCR process with a rotation method, a PCR device including the sample treatment chip, and a PCR method utilizing the PCR device. The present invention provides the sample treatment chip characterized by including a unit sample processing unit which is separately arranged from the center of rotation in the radial direction. The unit sample processing unit includes: a target material collecting unit which includes a collecting passage with an inlet and an outlet, and a collecting member filled in the collecting passage; a sample storage unit which is positioned in the radial direction inwardly from the target material collecting unit, is connected to the inlet of the collecting passage, and provides a space in which samples are stored; a cleaning buffer liquid storage unit which is positioned in the radial direction inwardly from the target material collecting unit, is connected to the inlet of the collecting passage, and provides a space in which cleaning buffer liquid is stored; an elution buffer liquid chamber which is positioned in the radial direction inwardly from the target material collecting unit, and provides a space in which elution buffer liquid is stored; and an elution buffer liquid induction passage which connects the elution buffer liquid chamber and the inlet of the collecting passage, wherein the elution buffer liquid induction passage includes a flow control passage with an inner change curved-line unit changing a flow of the elution buffer liquid from the inside of the radial direction to the outside of the radial direction.
