A lactobacillus plantarum separated from kimchi inhibiting activities on pathogenic microorganism is provided to treat and prevent the infection of pathogenic bacteria due to excellent acid resistance, salt tolerance, and bile tolerance. A lactobacillus plantarum DSR 330(KFCC-11393P) separated from kimchi suppresses activities on pathogenic bacteria and has acid resistance in pH 2-2.5, salt tolerance in NaCl 2-15%, and bile tolerance and antibiotic resistance in Oxgall 0.3-3%. The pathogenic bacteria comprises Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, B.cereus, Salmonella typimurium, Salmonella choleraesuis, Yersinia enterocolitica and Listeria monocytogenes. The antibiotic composition inhibiting activities on pathogenic bacteria comprises lactobacillus plantarum DSR 330 (KFCC-11393P).
