SERVER PROVIDING REFERENCES OF SEARCHING THESIS AND METHOD OF THE SAME

A server for providing references on a searched paper includes: a digital object identifier (DOI) information determination unit configured to determine whether URL information for references is included in a database by using the DOIs of references stored in the database which has stored reference information, and to request, to a CrossRef server, information on URLs where information on the references is stored when the URL information for references is not included; a parsing unit configured to extract metadata on the references by using the Google meta tag information of the URL information inputted from the DOI information determination unit; and output unit configured to output the bibliographic information of the references, which is the metadata extracted by the parsing unit.
